Hidden Fields That Control the Email Header
your_email_address Type in the email address to which you would like the form results send. Yes This is the email address that the form results will be sent to.
copy_email_address Type in the email address to which you would like a copy of the form results sent. No A copy of the emailed form results will be sent to this address.
your_name Type in the name of the person or organization that will be receiving the form results. No This name will be used next to the email address to which the form results are sent.
email_subject_line Type in the subject you would like to appear in the emailed form results. No This will be used in the subject line of the email that contains the form results.
browser_info Type in "on". No If this field is included, information about the browser used by your visitors will be included in the email header.
Hidden Fields That Control How the Form Results Are Sent
required_fields Type in the names of the form fields that the visitor must complete in order for the form to submit. Separate each field with a comma, but use no spaces at all. No If the visitor tries to submit the form without first entering information into these form fields, he will be returned to the form and asked to complete these fields.
field_order Type in the names of the fields, in the order you would like them, separated by commas. Do not use any spaces. You can also simply type in "alphabetical" to have the fields arranged alphabetically. No If you would like the email to list the form field results in a particular order, use this field.
print_blank_fields If you would like to see the fields that the visitor leaves blank, type in "on". No By default, blank fields are ignored and not sent in the email.
database_format Type in the delimiter (field separation character) used by your database. If your database uses a tab, type in "tab". No If you use this field, your form results will be sent without the field names and with the delimiter that you chose between each of the field values. This makes it much easier to copy and paste directly into a database file.
Hidden Fields That Control the Appearance of the Thank You Page
thank_you_title Type in the title that you would like to appear on your Thank You page. No After the form is submitted, a page will appear thanking the visitor for submitting the form. The default value is "Thank You", but you can change this if you like.
return_link_url Type in the complete URL of the page on your site to which you would like your visitors to go after completing the form. No If you would like your visitors to be able to return to your site by clicking on a link in the Thank You page, use this field.
return_link_name Type in the actual text that the visitor will click on to return to your site. No You may wish to have your visitors click on specific text to return to your site. Example: "Return to the Acme Home Page".
target_window Use "_blank", "_self", "_top", or "_parent" to specify the target window for the return_link_url above. No This field works with the two fields above to open the return link page in the proper frame window, if you are using frames.
background_image Type in the complete URL of the background image that you would like placed on your Thank You page. Start with the "http://". No If you do not specify a background image, none will be used.
background_color Type in the hexidecimal value of the background color for the Thank You page. No If you don’t use this field, the background color of the Thank You page will be the default color of the visitor’s browser.
text_color Type in the hexidecimal value of the color you would like to use for the text on the Thank You page. No If you don’t specify the text color, the color will be the default color of the visitor’s browser.
