I'm finding less and less time available to do search engine
submissions of late, does anyone have any favorite tools or
service providers they would like to share that help to alleviate
the time crunch?

I just used:

and I thought it was really easy and smooth. I *just* used it, so
I'm not sure yet what the results will be. But as far as ease of
use, it was great. Oh, and the link above goes to their free
version.
